Bulk bags vacuum extraction was used in the catalyst loading and unloading system in 1# catalytic unit in Sinopec Luoyang Branch, which has the characters of large leakage does and polluting the environment serious with the adding velocity of 10 tons/hour. Lanke provided a set of catalyst clean loading and unloading system for the 1# catalyst unit and the supplyscope included equipment, instruments and control systems,pipes and pipe fittings, installation, training and guidance of stat-off and debugging. Since the first successful running in Sep, 2014, the devices have been operating well and satisfied the design requirements with the adding velocity more than 20 tons per hour. Compared with the original bulk bags vacuum extraction, the clean system overcomes the disadvantages of serious environmental pollution and low adding speed.
